Our team all work between 730am- 10am plus 9 hours and can take up to 2 hours for lunch, 1 hour of that lunch would then be added onto the working day.Our standard working day is 9 hours and 8 hours on a Friday.

From trainee level through to becoming a Manager our training is consistent.Our trainees spend 3 months resourcing to become confident in the specialist market they are assigned to. Perfomance Coaching

We employ Nicky Coffin from Centred Excellence on an ad-hoc basis to visit our office as a performance coach for our consultants. It is well evidenced and documented fact that agencies who invest in coaching experience improved results and a happier team.

Performance coaching is 100% confidential between the consultant and Nicky and is targeted on identified issues which mean our consultants will get quick, lasting results.
