Kathy here, White Labels’ in-house Personal Development Coach.I work with the team on a monthly basis, providing 1-2-1 coaching, support and accountability to ensure they are thriving in both their personal and professional lives.
Together we work through any hurdles or obstacles as well as exploring areas of development and progression, which results in increased productivity, happiness and drive across the board within the company.
The team knows I am on hand to support their journeys, setting realistic goals, targets and actionable advice to keep them motivated, energised and accountable, enabling them to perform to their full potential!
Having an external body within the business also allows for a fresh perspective to capture feedback and work alongside the management to address company-wide progression and areas for development!

At White Label we’re passionate about giving back to the community!
Whether it’s through volunteering or fundraising, we run a number of initiatives each year at White Label to support causes close to our heart and provide to physical or emotional help to those in need of it.
Fundraising for Food Banks
In partnership with Allen’s Accountants, we raised £10,000 for food banks in the Stockport, Tameside and Manchester areas throughout 2020!
This initiative supported some of the most vulnerable children and households during what was and continues to be a challenging year.
Making a Child’s Christmas
Each year we donate a Christmas present for every meeting and interview booked throughout the festive period to a children’s charity who then distribute them to families who are facing a challenging time.
Knowing that our daily activity will make a child’s Christmas drives us all to work harder than ever during December!
