Investors in People is a not-for-profit community interest company that started 28 years ago as a government project which has since become an independent business as of 2017. The organisation invites businesses to complete assessments based around 3 principles (Leading, Supporting and Improving) and if successful, they are awarded accreditation by Investors in People; a world-renowned symbol of dedication and support towards employees!
At White Label it is our mission to be at the forefront of culture curation, development and well-being throughout the recruitment industry. As with all businesses, White Label is built on the people that we employ. Ensuring that we lead, support and improve our fantastic workforce is intrinsic to our organisational success, the happiness of our team and shapes the entirety of our company culture – being recognised for doing so by Investors in People is just the cherry on top!
We focus on creating a working environment that facilitates the constant improvement of our consultants; we realise this by curating a market-leading culture and progression plans that help personal development and career advancement. This involves providing all of our consultants with clear, achievable goals, whilst nurturing a friendly, caring and supportive environment that makes the accomplishment of their targets reachable.
Leadership is something we invest heavily in, prioritising the training, development and internal progression of our team into more senior positions. We firmly believe in a collaborative leadership style where those in managerial or team leader positions work together to generate ideas and initiatives that support the continual improvement of White Label as an agency.
Finally supporting the team – both personally and professionally – is something we truly pride ourselves on. Aside from the more common ‘perks’ such as flexible working, the opportunity to work from home and duvet days, we offer an array of additional initiatives to support our consultants including financial training, NLP sessions and quarterly well-being afternoons where everyone gets the opportunity to spend a few extra hours that week to do something for themselves!
Amidst the aforementioned, White Label also run team building afternoons, group fitness challenges, sales days and monthly lunch clubs to create an aspirational environment and celebrate successes in the business.
